It’s your third birthday in heaven. We still miss you desperately. We ache with longing to see your smiling face, to hear you sing once more, to give you one more hug.

I know its also Thanksgiving Day but the holidays just aren’t the same as before. Yes, I am deeply grateful to Jesus and for all He’s done, knowing how He much He suffered makes it possible for me to continue walking this difficult journey. He is not asking me to do what He hasn’t done. Jesus is my hope, someday I will see Jennie again. It just seems like forever.
